The idea

The site tells its story through a 3D scene driven by scrolling, with playback controls. The first chapter opens in a field with a cow, and the story moves on from there.

My contribution

I built it end to end: scope, architecture, the 3D scene and the release. I work with AI agents on it, but I own the scope, the architecture, the tests and the decision to release.

Implementation scope

The scene uses Next.js with React Three Fiber, and GSAP drives the motion. Data is stored in Neon through Drizzle and the site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics are consent-gated and privacy-first, and a public impact page is part of the site.

Quality checks

Accessibility, contrast and performance budgets are automated tests that run across every locale: 64 unit tests and 28 Playwright specs. Performance and accessibility are treated as tests rather than afterthoughts.

Languages

The story is available in 46 locales. Non-English editions are machine-assisted drafts and are labelled as such, not presented as native-quality translations.
