The platform
Sincere Bhakti gives a community a place to share posts, articles and albums and to follow channels. Content can be public or private, and members have accounts.
My contribution
I designed and built it myself, from product decisions to the interface, data layer and release, working with AI agents throughout.
Implementation scope
The application uses Next.js with Prisma on PostgreSQL. Media is stored in Cloudflare R2, email goes through Amazon SES, Sentry reports errors and Vercel hosts the site.
A written engineering standard
The agents work to a 264-line AGENTS.md that reads as engineering rules rather than prompts: reuse before writing new code, no hard-coded secrets, origin validation on every mutation endpoint, Zod validation, paginated queries, and shared constants for roles and errors.
Testing
More than 200 Vitest files run in CI, and 25 Playwright end-to-end specs run locally.
